You can find this section under Statistics > Financial in the left navigation menu.
NOTE: This section does not provide authoritative financial statistics — it provides only an indication. For accuracy, you should use the Financial Reports section.
This screen shows you a breakdown of key financial statistics for web, retail and telesales orders. You can also see statistics for refunds, payment type, tax/VAT, shipping, costs and profits.
You can specify a date range and how to group the results each time that you run the statistics.
You can group the results by:
- Selected Time Period (using the date range selected)
- Day
- Month
- Year
You can also use the ‘Results’ drop-down menu at the top-right corner of the screen to select the number of results to show.
Here is an example of a report grouped by Month:
As with many other screens in IRP Admin, you can also export the data using various formats, including CSV (Comma Delimited Text File), TSV (Tab Delimited Text File), Pipe (Pipe Delimited Text File), Microsoft Excel File and XML (Extensible Markup Language) File.
