You can find this section under Payment Processing > PayPal Settings in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
All of the Application Settings related to PayPal are stored in this section. They include the following:

Enable Pay Pal Express Checkout |
This setting will turn on PayPal Express Checkout on your website. You must set up a PayPal API Account before enabling on this setting. |
Require Confirmed Shipping Address |
This setting means that the customer using PayPal must have confirmed their shipping address with PayPal before they can use it with your website. If this setting is on, it will reduce your PayPal sales. |
Express Checkout API URL |
This is the URL PayPal requires all API messages to be sent to. You should only change this if PayPal have notified you that the URL is to change. |
Express Checkout Redirect URL |
This is the URL the system will redirect to once the customer has started their PayPal checkout process. You should only change this if PayPal have notified you that the URL is to change. |
Express Checkout Redirect URL (Mobile Site) |
This is the URL the system will redirect to once the customer has started their PayPal checkout process on mobile devices. You should only change this if PayPal have notified you that the URL is to change. |
Website Payments Pro |
Enable PayPal Website Payments Pro |
This setting enables PayPal Website Payment Pro on your website. |
Website Payments Pro Use iFrame |
When this setting is on, the credit card entry form is embedded in your website, so it maintains the same look and feel on both desktop and mobile. When this setting is off, the customer will be redirected to PayPal's interface to complete their payment. |
Website Payments Pro Post URL |
This is the URL all Website Payments Pro messages are sent to. You should only change this if PayPal have informed you it is to change. |
Website Payments Pro IPN Response URL |
This defines the response URL for the PayPal Payments Pro Instant Payment Notification (IPN) message service. When placing Payments Pro Orders, customers will be directed to the Secure/OrderConfirmation.aspx page regardless of whether PayPal has notified the IRP of a transaction or not. The IRP will now listen for notifications from PayPal regarding these transactions and process the order accordingly when payment has been verified correctly. |

Additional Application Settings
You can also use the following Application Settings (see Interface Settings for more information):
- Desktop PayPal Button: Upload a language-dependent PayPal button to display on the Basket and Checkout pages on the Desktop version of the site. Note that this image should be in .gif format. If no Translated version of this button exists for a particular language, the English button will be used as a default.
- Mobile PayPal Button: Upload a language-dependent PayPal button to display on the Basket and Checkout pages on the Mobile version of the site. Note that this image should be in .png format. If no Translated version of this button exists for a particular language, the English button will be used as a default.
Placement of buttons on checkout pages
By default, the PayPal button appears above the Amazon Pay button on the Basket.aspx or MobileBasket.aspx page, however, you can control the order in which the buttons appear using the following CSS classes in the Website CSS Stylesheet:

When a customer is on the Basket.aspx or MobileBasket.aspx page and clicks the button to proceed to the next stage of the checkout, the text that they see for the PayPal box is configurable using the following Small Translations:
- 1005: This is the title PayPal.
- 1243: The default English translation is: You can buy from us using your PayPal account. Login here and confirm your payment details with PayPal before returning to us.
