Site Logos

You can find this section under Interface & Design > Site Logos in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.

You use the Site Logos section to upload and edit the logos that appear in the top left corner of your website. You can set default, hover and country-specific logos. Hover logos will be displayed only when someone hovers their cursor over the default logo. Country-specific logos will be displayed only if someone selects a particular shipping country from the settings section at the top of the front end website pages.

You can see the following separate tabs:

  • Desktop Site Logos
  • Mobile Site Logos
  • Trade Site Logos

The following fields are displayed on each of the tabs:

  • Logo: This is the logo graphic as it appears on the front end of the website.
  • Country: This is the country with which the logo is associated. If no specific country has been configured for the logo, then the default logo is used for both desktop and mobile versions.
  • Type: This shows whether the logo is the standard (desktop) logo, trade logo or the mobile version.
  • Department: This shows whether the logo is associated with a specific department. This would mean that the logo appears only when that department is selected on the front end website.
  • Total Sales: This is based on the Shipping Country set against the logo. The default logo will display a general Total Sales value for the site not including the sales for Shipping Countries with a logo set against them.
  • Last Updated: This shows the date and time when the logo was last updated by an IRP Admin User.

You can use the search options at the top of the screen to find any logo based on its Country or Department. You can also click the settings 'cogwheel' icon at the top of the page to go to the InterfaceSettings.aspx page. (see Interface Settings for more details).

Standard (Desktop) & Trade Site Logos

To add or edit a standard or Trade site logo, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Interface & Design > Site Logos in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
  2. To add a new logo, click the Add New Logo button above the Search bar.
  3. Select either New Site Logo or New Trade Logo.
  4. To edit an existing logo, click the Edit button at the right side of the row belonging to the logo that you want to edit.
  5. On the Add Logo screen, complete the following details. If you see an asterisk (*) beside a setting it means that the setting is required.

    Logo Type Select Standard or Hover. If this is the main logo, it should be Standard. Hover logos define what the Standard Logo will display when someone hovers the mouse cursor over the logo.

    Shipping Country If this logo is country-specific, select the Shipping Country to which it applies. Default logos will appear when no specific country logo is found. For example, you could design your company logo incorporating a German flag as part of the design. You could then set the Shipping Country setting to ‘Germany’ and upload this log. When a visitor selects Germany as their country in the settings section of the website, this logo will be display as opposed to the standard logo.
    Department Site logos can be department/tab-specific so that they appear only when a certain department/tab is selected. Alternatively, you can set logos to be displayed for all departments.
    Upload Logo Use this control to upload a logo. To do this, click the Browse button and select the desired image from your machine. Note that standard site logos must be in GIF format.
  6. When you have entered all of the necessary details, click the Insert Logo button or the Update Logo button.
  7. If you want to delete a logo, click the Delete Logo button.

Mobile Site Logos

To add or edit a mobile site logo, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Interface & Design > Site Logos in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
  2. To add a new logo, click the Add New Logo button above the Search bar.
  3. Select New Mobile Logo.
  4. To edit an existing logo, click the Edit button at the right side of the row belonging to the logo that you want to edit.
  5. On the Add Logo screen, complete the following details. If you see an asterisk (*) beside a setting it means that the setting is required.
