You can find this section under Email Marketing > Email Settings in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
You use this page to configure key M-Cloud fields and settings, including switching on the master setting to enable customer remarketing events. When you check the box for 'Enable Customer Remarketing Events', customer-triggered events will be enabled and will qualify for active remarketing campaigns that you add on the Marketing Campaigns page (MarketingCampaigns.aspx).
You can also define the number of days for which remarketing campaign logs will be kept before they are cleared by an automatically-running recurring task. In addition, you use this page to instruct the IRP to use the SendGrid Web API as the sending mechanism for emails.
The EmailSettings.aspx page appears as follows:

Remarketing Campaigns Log Retention Period |
This is the number of days Audit Remarketing Campaign entries will be kept before they are cleared by an automatically running recurring task. |
SendGrid Settings |
Enable Send Grid Mail Sending |
This is the overall setting which will instruct the IRP to use the SendGrid Web API as the sending mechanism for emails. This should only be set to true if a valid value for SendGrid API Key has been set. |
Use Sandbox |
When initially switching on SendGrid, it is possible to test it. The IRP will continue to use its current mail delivery solution, whilst also testing the SendGrid integration settings. This will result in entries in the SendGridErrors database table, with a StatusCode value of 200 indicating the email would have been sent using SendGrid successfully. |
API Key |
This is the API Key generated in SendGrid which allows you to authorise the IRP to send emails via SendGrid. Please contact your Agency to obtain this value. |
IP Pool Name |
If you have a specific set of IP addresses you want your SendGrid emails to be routed through (for example you also use your SendGrid account to send mail from other parts of your business), you can specify the name of the IP Pool set up in SendGrid here. Leaving this blank will mean SendGrid will 'round-robin' your email around the IP addresses set up in your account. |
API Key for Transactional Email |
If you have a different API key to the one above which you want to route transactional email through (for example, Order Confirmations), you can set this here. |
IP Pool Name for Transactional Email |
If you have an IP Pool set up in SendGrid for sending transactional mail only, you can set the name of that here. |
Sending Block Size |
This is the amount of emails that can be sent at one time using the SendGrid Mail Shot optimized sending. |
