Google provides many resources to help you get up to speed with Google Analytics, including their Google Analytics Help Centre and their official Google Analytics YouTube Channel which covers beginner-level to advanced-level topics.

Once you are familiar with Google Analytics, you can test your knowledge and gain industry-recognised qualifications by completing the Analytics Academy Courses and Google Analytics IQ Exam.
