Excluded Products

You can find this section under Loyalty Schemes > Excluded Products in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.

You can exclude products from being eligible in loyalty schemes. You can do this on a brand / category level or a combination of certain brands and categories.

The main LoyaltySchemesExcludedProducts.aspx page appears as follows:

You use the boxes to select the categories and brands that you want to exclude from Loyalty Schemes. See the How To Guide in this section for more details.

How To Exclude Products from a Loyalty Scheme

To exclude products from a loyalty scheme, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Loyalty Schemes > Excluded Products in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
  2. In the Excluded Categories section, use the list box on the left side to select the categories that you want to exclude. Press the Ctrl key or the Shift key to select multiple categories or Ctrl+a to select all categories.
  3. Click the Add button and the categories should move to the box on the right.
  4. To remove a category from the excluded list, select the category in the right side box and click the Remove button
  5. To exclude a brand, follow steps 2 to 4 using the Excluded Brands section.
