Feed Exclusions allow you to alter your feeds to exclude certain brands, categories or models.
You can use this when products are restricted from being displayed in certain countries or if brand manufacturers do not allow their products to be listed on Google, etc.
You can apply feed exclusions to the feed after they are created by editing the feed.
Note: If your feed is a pre-fetched feed, the results for the feed will not update until the pre-fetch table is updated. You can do this by running the appropriate ‘Prefetch’ Common Task.
FeedExclusions.aspx page
The FeedExclusions.aspx page appears as follows:
This shows the following information:
- ID: This is the unique IRP ID of the exclusion.
- Active: This indicates whether the exclusion is active (True) or inactive (False).
- Feed Exclusion Name: This is the name of the feed exclusion.
- Created: This is the date and time when the exclusion was created.
- Active Models Excluded: This is the total number of active models that are excluded from the feed.
