V9.3 Focuses on MARKETING CLOUD and Prepares the Way for AUTOMATION
The IRP Team is proud to announce the launch of IRP Version 9.3. The latest IRP release has extensive enhancements to IRP MARKETING CLOUD, TRADING TERMINAL and our Core Datasets.
IRP Version 9.3 has now been released to early BETA adopters and will be rolled out in OCTOBER TO ALL MERCHANTS. The release showcases significant Email Campaign, Flow and Segmentation enhancements to MARKETING CLOUD, while also delivering new journey analytics in TRADING TERMINAL.
Also new in V9.3 is a single Core Metrics Dataset engineered to hold all profit and shopping data. This Dataset lays the foundation for future Trading Automation.

MARKETING CLOUD investment places the IRP email capabilities alongside other leading products in the market. New features are now fully integrated into the Email Manager to make it more powerful and easier to use.
IRP continues to build on the strategic email marketing partnership with SendGrid and announces a new partnership with Silicon Valley’s Beefree. Beefree brings their best in class No-HTML content editor to IRP MARKETING CLOUD.

Email Content Builder
Seamlessly integrated into the IRP MARKETING CLOUD, the Beefree editor makes you more creative and efficient with the usage of mobile friendly HTML templates. The no-html content allows you to quickly build better experiences and better converting emails.
The Beefree content editor is seamlessly integrated into MARKETING CLOUD with all the First Party data and analytics you are used to. We’ve also taken the opportunity to bring more value with enhancements to Email Manager including:
- Email Templates - Ready-to-use responsive templates that can easily be used to get your next Campaign, Flow and System Emails
- Email Common Content - Create common content, like headers and footers, that can easily be dragged and dropped into any email
- Segmentation - New triggers and granular improvements in Segmentation
Email Manager Now Separates Campaigns and Flows
Content Builder is fully integrated into Email Manager but we have also taken the time to redesign the email experience to make it easier to use. We’re replacing ‘Mailshots & Remarketing’ with separate sections for ‘Campaigns’ and ‘Flows’. A new Email Manager Homepage allows merchants to view the overall revenue contribution that email delivers alongside other key metrics.
Powerful Segmentation
Getting your email content delivered to the right users at the right time is just as important as the look and feel of your Campaigns and Flows. We’ve updated Segmentation with new triggers and rules.
Feed Manager Home
Feed Manager is the most powerful product in IRP MARKETING CLOUD. 150 Feeds seamlessly connect IRP into every major shopping channel and account for over 50% of all Merchant revenues. A new Feed Manager Homepage allows Merchants to clearly see the overall revenue contribution that Feed Manager delivers and other key metrics.

Interventions and Content Builder (Underway)
Intervene at the right time, with the right message, to the right customers when they show exit intent or need a nudge to convert. We’re rewriting Interventions and incorporating the Beefree Content Builder and templates directly into the module. IRP will allow merchants to quickly create and apply interventions to increase conversion rates.
