Headquartered in Belfast with a presence in Dublin, IRP has powered Ireland's leading eCommerce businesses including £180M ARR Chain Reaction Cycles. The IRP Platform has delivered over £2 billion in sales for Irish merchants to customers in 170 countries.
IRP provides technology built around Realtime Net Profit with a Service Marketplace that helps merchants choose agencies based on performance. We call this Connecting People, Data & Profit.
Why is IRP making a £10,000 Investment?
The upfront cost of changing platforms can hold an ambitious merchant back. A typical IRP implementation costs between £15,000 and £25,000. A £10,000 Credit makes the move to IRP significantly more accessible.
IRP takes a long-term commercial view. We earn ongoing platform fees, and as merchants grow their online sales, our revenues grow too. The Fund allows us to invest in a relationship that we believe can create lasting value for both businesses.
How does the IRP Compare on Cost?
The Credit reduces the upfront cost of moving to IRP. Our IRP and Shopify Price Comparison helps you to compare ongoing platform costs. An "eCommerce Total Cost of Ownership"- eTCO - approach combines platform costs and traffic spend together, giving a clear view of eCommerce Profit economics.
£10,000 Fund Eligibility & Terms
Merchants based in Ireland are eligible. If merchants meet the initial criteria, IRP will issue an online questionnaire to understand your business, its objectives and growth ambitions. This information allows our team to assess if the Merchant & IRP are a commercial match.
1. Who can apply?
The Fund is open to established eCommerce businesses based in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, with a proven trading history and the potential to grow online sales and profitability. Merchants may apply directly or be introduced by an IRP Certified Agency or Technical Partner.
2. How are Fund applications assessed?
Merchants who meet the initial criteria will receive an online questionnaire covering their business, objectives and growth ambitions. IRP uses this information to assess commercial fit. All applications are subject to IRP approval, and an application does not guarantee a Fund Credit.
3. What does the Credit cover?
Successful applicants receive £10,000 Credit towards agreed costs of replatforming to IRP. Eligible costs include implementation, integration, data migration, design and approved Go Live services. The Credit is applied directly to the Merchant Order Form against the replatform price. It is not a cash payment.
4. How long is an offer valid?
An approved offer is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, giving the merchant time to review the proposal and decide whether to proceed.
5. What terms apply?
The Credit applies when the merchant signs a Merchant Order Form for an agreed IRP Deployment. Participation in the Fund does not guarantee any particular level of sales, profit or business growth.
6. Ambitious Merchant Fund availability
The Fund is open until 31 December 2026, subject to application approval and availability.
