IRP Commerce will be hosting an expert panel at the upcoming eComm Live virtual summit this Wednesday, 23 September at 11.15 am.

Entitled Profit driven by intelligence – how did you really perform in the pandemic?, the panel will discuss how it’s possible to grow revenue and profits using intelligence and insights.

Attendees will hear from Philip Macartney, Chief Commercial Officer and Dermott McElhone, Head of Experience at IRP Commerce, how ecommerce success can be achieved by aligning with the right ecommerce platform and profit-focused partners.

Luke Fox, Ecommerce Manager at Ann’s Cottage, will also discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic impacts business and brings greater focus and opportunity to their international online presence. He will provide an insight into how intelligence and insights give him the information to make real-time, actionable and profitable decisions.

IRP Commerce is title sponsor for the 2020 event and welcomes the chance to reach out to a wider audience through the new virtual format.

Philip Macartney said, “Although the format of this year’s event is different, we are delighted the event is still going ahead as it reinforces Northern Ireland’s reputation for ecommerce innovation. A virtual summit will open up the discussion to a wider audience and help support our aim of creating an ecosystem of expert partners from within the entire ecommerce industry.”

Philip Macartney will also be giving the title sponsor introduction at 9.40am.
