Ecomm Live Summit Hits a Global Audience

Customer results in challenging times reaffirms IRP's belief that Intelligence Returns Profit

The recent eComm Live Summit welcomed 750+ global delegates (of which almost 50% were retailers at director level) for two days of talks, panels and workshops.

As part of the Summit, IRP Commerce hosted an expert panel, Profit driven by intelligence – how did you really perform in the pandemic? Over 600 attendees watched a discussion on the challenges and opportunities the current climate has provided ecommerce and how it’s possible to grow revenue and profits using intelligence and insights.

Philip Macartney, Chief Commercial Officer and Dermott McElhone, Head of Experience at IRP Commerce, highlighted how ecommerce success can be achieved by aligning with the right ecommerce platform and profit-focused partners and focused on how IRP insights and intelligence are game changers for users of the IRP.

Luke Fox, Ecommerce Manager at Ann’s Cottage, also discussed how the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated his sales and profits virtually overnight. He has seen a 350% growth in the past six months. IRP insights and intelligence are his go-to resources for providing information on how to make real-time, actionable and profitable decisions.

IRP Commerce is a believer in the growing ecosystem of ecommerce excellence in Northern Ireland and was title sponsor for the 2020 Summit. Despite the over-bearing restrictions, the team was impressed with the online experience and reach thanks to the new virtual format.
