You can find this section under Advanced Pricing > Advanced Pricing in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.

You use this section to view and manually edit fixed currency prices for stock and model items in the IRP. (Note that if you need to manage a lot of prices you should use the Bulk Import Prices section.) You can easily find any stock or model items in the system using the powerful built-in search filters. For example you can find Active vs. Inactive items, items with or without a fixed price and items in any currency you have enabled for fixed pricing.
Advanced Pricing allows the user to view and update stock pricing directly on the screen, but the user can also view and set pricing at the model level (for all stock items in a model), by selecting the 'Model View' option above the grid.
The AdvancedPricing.aspx screen appears as follows:
User can navigate directly to 'Automated Pricing Rule' and 'Bulk Import' using the links at the top of the screen.
You can use the Search bar to find any stock prices in the system by ID, category, brand and model. Under the Search bar you can select to filter search results by:
- Stock: Select from Active, Inactive or Both.
- Prices: Select from All Prices, Has Prices or Missing Prices.
- Currency: Select either "All Currencies" or one of the currencies for which you have enabled for fixed pricing on the CurrencyEdit.aspx page (see the Currencies help topic for more information).
In the main grid the user initially views the grid by 'Stock View' but also can be viewed by 'Model View' with the count for stock and models:
When users are viewing the grid in 'Model View' clear warnings may display against the model currencies where stock items have different prices to the model.
- Stock or Model ID: This is the Stock or Model ID of the item.
- Image: This is an image of the item.
- Category: This is the category of the item.
- Brand: This is the brand of the item.
- Model: This is the model name of the item.
- Option: This is the stock option name of the item.
- Default Currency Price: This is the web price of the item shown in your default currency (e.g. GBP). You can edit this field in the grid.
- Default Currency RRP: This is the RRP of the item shown in your default currency (e.g. GBP). You can edit this field in the grid.
- X Price: This is the web price of the item shown in the currency you have enabled for fixed pricing on the CurrencyEdit.aspx page (see the Currencies help topic for more information). You can edit this field in the grid.
- X RRP: This is the RRP of the item shown in the currency you have enabled for fixed pricing on the CurrencyEdit.aspx page (see the Currencies help topic for more information). You can edit this field in the grid.
Note: If you make any changes on this form, remember to click the Update Prices button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
