You can find this section under Advanced Pricing > Bulk Import Prices in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.

You use this section to import fixed currency prices in bulk to the IRP. This is a powerful and useful feature in the IRP as it allows you to import large numbers of prices easily. All you need to do is complete a template file and then upload it to the IRP.
When you have completed the straightforward process of configuring the template, you can stage and import the data with the click of a button.
The AdvancedPricingDataImport.aspx screen appears as follows:
As shown in the screen capture above, there are three sections:
- Import Prices
- Step 1: Download Your Current Prices: You use this section to download a file prepopulated with the selected currency and the format of the file
- Currency: Select the currency that you would like to prepopulate the pricing file for
- File Format: Select the file format that you would like the pricing file: CSV, TSV, Pipe, MS Excel
- Step 2: Upload Pricing File: Complete the file and upload the pricing file using this functionality. The 'Last Updated' date will be displayed if this is not the first file upload.
- Step 3: Set Prices Live: This is where you review high level pricing number of changes and set live by clicking the 'Set Prices Live' button.
