You can find this section under Price Adjustments > Schedule Price Changes in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
You use this section to temporarily adjust the pricing of brands or categories for a specific period of time. NOTE that Price Adjustments are for editing the Prices (NOT RRPs) of Products for a finite period of time.
Add Schedule Price Change
The main Schedule Price Change grid page appears as follows:
You can use the search function at the top of the page to find all, pending, live or complete Price Changes. In the main grid you can see the following details for each schedule change: ID, Description, Start & End Date and whether or not it is permanent. To make changes to any schedule price change, click the Edit button.
Methods for making Price Adjustments
You use schedule price change to update prices in bulk:
- Step 1: Download Your Current Prices: Select brand and category combinations and the file format in CSV, TSC, Pipe or TXT.
- Step 2: Upload Pricing File:Upload a completed template file.
- Step 3: Schedule Go Live:Schedule the go live start date and end time (if required)
