Create A New User

You manage user accounts for the EPOS through the Admin Users section of IRP Admin. You assign users to an appropriate User Group and grant them certain special permissions to restrict or allow particular till functions for that group. These permissions are as follows:

  • EPOS (in the ‘Admin Section Permissions’ section)
  • Allow Epos Cash In Out
  • Allow Epos Refunds
  • Allow Epos Reports
  • Allow Epos Discounts
  • Allow Epos Refunds
  • Allow Epos View Cost Price
  • Allow Epos View Margin

For a user to be granted access to the EPOS, you must also assign them a shop code under their Admin User profile.

Below are examples of how two different user accounts appear in the EPOS. The first account is for a sales user. Their access has been restricted so that they only have access to certain features:

  • New Sale
  • Click & Collect Orders
  • Parked Sales
  • Sale Lookup

The second account has been set to a Store Manager level. As you can see, they have been enabled in the special permissions section to use Cash In/Out and Reports:

  • New Sale
  • Cash In/Out
  • Click & Collect Orders
  • Parked Sales
  • Sale Lookup
  • XYZ Reports
