You can find this section under Email Marketing > Mailing List Segments in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
You use Mailing List Segments to split email profiles into sub-profiles depending on specific criteria. For example, you could use a Mailing List Segment to send an email to subscribed customers based in Australia who have spent more than £100. You can then select Mailing List Segments when you are sending the email using the Email Campaigns section of IRP Admin.
You can prevent customers from receiving excessive numbers of emails if they have applied to multiple mailing list segments. You can see the ‘Marketing Email Last Sent’ option when you are adding or modifying criteria for a mailing list segment. When you select this option you can then enter an appropriate number of days to wait before customers receive another email:
