Email Profiles

You can find this section under Email Marketing > Email Profiles in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.

Overview

Email profiles hold the list of customers who are currently subscribed to receive mails containing certain information. For example, you could create an email profile specifically for offers. This profile would contain only those customers who have subscribed to receive emails on offers.

You can set up multiple email profiles in the IRP and a customer can belong to multiple profiles.

Customers can opt in and opt out of email profiles under their account on the front end of the website.

In the following example, the email profiles include ‘Freetime climb ski Carlisle ’, ‘Offer Email’ and ‘Other Offers’.

Unsubscribing from inactive email profiles

When a customer unsubscribes from an inactive email profile, they will be automatically unsubscribed from all email profiles.
